Walk Leaders

Thinking of leading a walk?

Email our This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (This email address is being protected from spambots. We also suggest sharing any recce plans with the walk coordinator so we avoid doubling up in the same area unintentionally. We also have a private group on FaceBook where walk leaders can disclose recce plans and provisionally book dates etc.

If you are a regular walk leader with the group we can also add you to the Ramblers Group Walks and Events Manager as a "Contributor", enabling you to add your own walk descriptions into the system.

Just led a walk?

Don't forget to destroy any registration forms ('tick lists').

Thinking of becoming a walk leader?

Please let our Walks Co-ordinator know!   Guidance and support is available, including map/navigation training if required.  We also have a selection of local maps available to borrow.
